• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and crash/error reports to improve the Service.
• Location Data: Only if you explicitly grant permission; used to auto-fill city/state fields or for trip tracking features.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and manage your account and your company's tenant workspace.
• Process and display your logistics, billing, and accounting data.
• Generate reports, invoices, and PDF documents on your behalf.

6. Mobile Application

Our Android mobile application may request the following permissions:

• Internet: Required to sync data with the server.
• Camera / Storage: To capture and upload photos of lorry receipts, vehicle documents, or goods (only when you initiate the action).
• Location (optional): To assist with trip origin/destination fields; you may deny this permission without losing core functionality.
• Notifications: To deliver reminders and important alerts related to your account.

We do not access your contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, or any other sensitive resource not listed above.

7. Cookies & Tracking

The web application uses essential cookies for session management and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly as a result.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
