- Company / Business Information: Company name, GST number, address, and other business details you provide.
- Transactional Data: Trip records, lorry receipts (LR), bills, payments, and related logistics data you create within the app.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens (mobile app only).
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and crash/error reports to improve the Service.
- Location Data: Only if you explicitly grant permission; used to auto-fill city/state fields or for trip tracking features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Create and manage your account and your company's tenant workspace.
- Process and display your logistics, billing, and accounting data.
- Generate reports, invoices, and PDF documents on your behalf.
- Send transactional notifications (e.g., subscription renewals, important updates).
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.
- Improve and personalise the Service.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processors) who assist in operating the Service, under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Obligations: When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred — you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes. Transactional/financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable accounting and tax laws.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, access-controlled multi-tenant architecture, and periodic security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
6. Mobile Application
Our Android mobile application may request the following permissions:
- Internet: Required to sync data with the server.
- Camera / Storage: To capture and upload photos of lorry receipts, vehicle documents, or goods (only when you initiate the action).
- Location (optional): To assist with trip origin/destination fields; you may deny this permission without losing core functionality.
- Notifications: To deliver reminders and important alerts related to your account.
We do not access your contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, or any other sensitive resource not listed above.
7. Cookies & Tracking
The web application uses essential cookies for session management and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly as a result.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
